MHS is currently seeking a PT, up to 24hr/week Administrative Assistant for our main building, located at 474 N. Yellow Springs St. in Springfield. This is a a 1st shift position, working Monday-Friday, no weekend/holidays. Specific hours and days are flexible.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, entering information, processing payments and general customer service. Administrative Assistants with MHS support our outpatient clinics for both behavioral health and primary care teams. Prior experience working with mental/behavioral health clients or addiction clients preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems required. This is a fast paced office serving both Clark and Madison County clients, based out of our Behavioral Health (BHR) offices.
This position may require you to drive in the community in both Clark and Madison counties, utilizing your own vehicle (reimbursement available for mileage and vehicle use). You must meet MHS insurance requirements to be considered for the position.
