Overview:

As the Project Coordinator, you will assist the Project Manager() and Estimator(s) during their pre-production, active production and post-production in the reconstruction department. You are the "heart" of the reconstruction department. As an integral part of this team, you will ultimately be responsible for the information coming and going in and out of the department.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the Reconstruction Project Coordinator is to support, facilitate, coordinate and communicate the works of internal Project Manager's, Estimators, external Tradespeople, Insurance Adjusters and other parties as needed from time to time.

  • Receive notifications from Mitigation Department through our CRM to start tracking a lead throughout its Mitigation process
  • Work closely with Project Managers on your team to qualify or non-qualify leads coming into the department. if a lead is non-qualified, this will be sent to the Consultancy team. If it is a qualified job, communications will be sent out to the client to inform them that we will be starting our intake process
  • Notify the Project Manager assigned to schedule an inspection with the client
  • Continue to support the Project Managers staff throughout their projects. You will assist in tracking job completion, items needed to move forward, taking to clients etc
  • Assist with ITEL submissions, trade research/onboarding, compliance and other tasks associated with supporting the divisions needs
  • Submit applicable request for client invoicing, contractor payments, receipts to the accounting department and notate in CRM
  • Collect on outstanding accounts .
  • Qualify and send clients final completion gifts
