Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer to join our team. As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, excellent math skills, and is knowledgeable about tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Collect and organize financial data from clients
- Review financial records, such as income statements and balance sheets, to ensure accuracy
- Identify potential deductions and credits to minimize tax liability
- Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the tax preparation process
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards

Experience:
- Previous experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is a plus
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Ultra Tax and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
