Business Operations Manager
Terms: Regular full-time position (40hrs/week), with benefits
Hiring Salary Range: $78,000 - $92,000 annually
Priority deadline: First review of applications will be on June 3, 2024. Applications will be accepted until position is filled.
The Business Operations Manager leads a team of staff charged with the operational functions of the District to include administrative and financial functions, human resources, and funding development. As part of the management team, the Business Operations Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with the management team to further District strategic planning goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organizational and leadership skills to contribute toward the natural resource goals of the Snohomish Conservation District.
