Job Description:
Alvarez Enterprises is an all-in-one healthcare service provider. Bringing customized solutions to health plans, medical groups, providers, and Field Marketing Organizations across the country. Our team is currently looking for a Marketing Specialist to help carry out the campaigns and tasks our organization has in place. The roles and responsibilities are as follows.
Responsibilities:
1 General Marketing Functions: (45%)
· Responsible for all email communications – content development, graphic design, scheduling, reporting and update of audience lists.
· Oversight of social media platforms – execution of strategy, content development, messaging, monitoring, tracking, scheduling, and posting.
· Performs company website updates including WordPress editing and creation, graphics, and general page updates.
· Identifies end users for direct communication collaborations.
· Creates and maintains specific scope of project
· Assists with processing department printing as needed.
2 Graphic Design & Video Editing (35%)
· Works on graphic design projects including:
· Marketing Sales flyers and materials
· Email's
· Social Media Graphics
· Edit video footage for social media, website use and tradeshows.
3 Operations (15%)
· Assists with updates to sales materials, documentation, and company requests.
· Assist documenting projects
· Work with departments to gather information when needed
4 Website Development (5%)
· Be able to create landing pages using WordPress.
Skills:
Exemplary judgment and decision-making abilities are required for this position. Strong time and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, working within approved budgets. Team-oriented and independently motivated/disciplined with demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must possess excellent organizational skills with keen attention to accuracy and detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work productively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge:
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience creating and editing data for data imports. I have an intermediate knowledge of social media platforms, HTML, WordPress (or comparable content management system) and Google Analytics. Experience with graphic design software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing programs a required.
