Job Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
•Provide a high level of service by connecting with clients to provide updates on their orders and discuss future orders.
•Assist with daily operational scheduling; meet with 1stand 2ndshift Production Supervisors to check orders status and workflow.
•Collaborate with the Production Manager to create a daily report of customer orders currently in-house. Review scheduled expected completion dates against current order statuses to ensure on-time completion.
•Review and update invoices, packing slips, certifications for customers.
•Troubleshoot incorrect paper work orders and discrepancies.
•Maintain the Monthly On-Time Delivery (OTD)Report.
•Keep up to date with Contract Review Master List through weekly review of Terms & Conditions and Quality Clauses.
•Meet with planners daily to discuss incoming/outgoing work orders.
•Meet with planners weekly to discuss challenges, order managing and solutions for the week.
•Participate in production team meetings.
•Communicate information and updates to appropriate departments.
•Supports S & R department–Receive and enter customer orders in the RMF system.
•E-mail Customer Satisfaction Surveys to top customers annually.
•Answer incoming phone calls.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
