Talent Acquisition Specialist

TITLE : Talent Acquisition Specialist

CLASSIFICATION : Full Time

DEPARTMENT : Recruiting Department

REPORTS TO : Talent Acquisition Hiring Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition

COMPENSATION : $20.00 - $22.00 DOE

Position Summary : The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a recruiter who is highly motivated and ready to take on recruitment roles.

As our cross-functional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive a positive candidate experience from the point of initial contact.

This role will partner closely with hiring managers and guide them throughout the recruiting process. The CSG Talent Acquisition team requires someone who thrives on recruiting for a variety of roles at once and takes a thoughtful, critical approach toward scaling talent for a growing company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Attract applicants
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process;
  • Suggest new sources for active and passive recruiting;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Phone screen candidates
  • Schedule interviews with the hiring managers
  • Help the candidates with our hiring process
  • Follow all the HR / Hiring protocols
  • Must be able to travel within a specific region;
  • Performs other special projects as needed;
  • Processing new hires

  • High school diploma or GED required;
  • Preferred one to three years of Human Resource recruitment or hiring experience;
  • Good organizational skills are required;
  • Have computer skills
  • Bilingual is a MUST
  • Must possess a California Driver’s License with a driving record acceptable to Company risk management and its insurance underwriters
