Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 75 calls a day, Monday Friday focused on selling our services to Hiring Managers, handling client objections and setting meetings four a seasoned sales team.
  • Manage the first portion of the sales cycle : Qualify and nurture leads to convert them to a discovery call with the Account Executives.
  • Generate leads lists through smart market research and online search techniques, or utilize the lists given to you by the Sales Manager.
  • Ability to follow specific process for success to include scripts and email campaigns to hit your daily touch points within the sales cadence.
  • Apply strong time management skills to respond to leads promptly, update the Sales Enablement Platform (SEP), and test lead generation strategies.
  • Be expected to manage a high volume of leads effectively and ensure that each gets touched daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly.
  • Use a data-driven approach to identify pain points and communicate our values and solutions.
  • Significant direction and support while being accountable for your performance.
  • Keep a healthy volume of leads in the sales funnel in your SEP to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a Sales Development Representative role is preferred.
  • ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce experience preferred
  • Comfortable with Management Style of a Sales Organization to include daily weekly, monthly reports on performance and % to performance goal transparent to company.
  • Have a work ethic second to none.
  • You take the initiative to direct your own time to accomplish goals
  • You enjoy leading client conversations in a professional market
  • You can think on your feet in a conversation and easily answer unexpected questions.
  • You are coachable and excited to be part of and shape our amazing work culture
  • You are ambitious and eager to grow in your career with us
