Job description
Description:
Under supervision, is responsible for the daily functions of the reception desk, taking accurate and complete messages, forwarding telephone calls promptly, greeting and announcing visitors, checking in vendors, keeping track of Firm personnel and reserving conference rooms.
Conference Room Services
- Maintains a constant presence at reception, making sure to notify another member of the team when absence from reception is required.
- Greets and announces all visitors.
- Answers and transfers telephone calls correctly and promptly.
- Calendars and books conference rooms and monitors room requirements.
- Ensures that conference rooms are set-up correctly and cleared in a timely manner.
General Housekeeping
- Ensure the area is clean of fingerprints on doors, walls, etc. Clean glass in entry, conference rooms.
- Other related tasks as may be assigned, as needed, by Operations Supervisor.
Job Type: Contract
Experience:
- Front Desk Receptionist: 1 year (Required)
- Law Firm or Hospitality or Hotels: 1 year (Preferred)
