The Room Attendant will be responsible for servicing guest rooms, hallways, and other areas as assigned while making sure to follow a comprehensive cleaning process throughout the hotel and property in accordance with Company standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Adhere to Oxford Hotels & Resorts, LLC guidelines and core values to ensure the health, safety and comfort of our team members and guests.

· Clean guest rooms to Company standards including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls, etc.

· Restock cart with cleaning and sanitization supplies such as cleaning products, mops, wipes, and brooms. Replenish chemical bottles.

· Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property specific guidelines for completing the job safely.

· Clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the Housekeeping Manager and General Manager.

· Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager immediately. Report any missing/found articles or damage that is in need of immediate attention to the Housekeeping Manager.

· Maintain complete security of master room key. Return the key at the end of shift. Never leave property with the master room key.

· Follow Company policy for room amenities.

· Assist with laundry as needed.

· Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel, and communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.

· Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.07 - $22.16 per hour
