Summary: Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc.is seeking a skilled, part-time ERP Program Manager to support in the implementation of a new ERP system. The ERP Program Manager will be responsible for providing expertise in system requirements documentation, IT systems review, RFP preparation, change management oversight, software selection facilitation, vendor contract negotiations, project planning, implementation guidance, and executive project management.
Role and Responsibilities:
Document existing and proposed functional and data requirements, including business process workflows.
Assess current IT software systems, hardware, and IT contracts for compatibility with the proposed ERP system. Provide recommendations for necessary technology updates.
Prepare a comprehensive RFP for ERP software and implementation services.- Oversee the change management process, ensuring alignment with MSPA's strategic objectives and optimal contract terms with the vendor.
Lead MSPA through the ERP software selection process, including coordinating software demonstrations and site visits.
Engage in contract negotiations with the selected vendor(s) to establish a performance-based agreement with milestone-based payments.
Collaborate with selected vendor(s) and project team to develop and manage a detailed project plan, including stages, milestones, and resources.
Guide MSPA through the ERP software implementation and assist in identifying and assessing necessary process changes for a successful rollout.
Oversee all project phases as an Executive Project Manager, concluding with the successful implementation of the ERP software.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of experience in ERP implementation, project management.
Strong understanding of business processes, IT systems, and change management principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience working with ERP software solutions.
Knowledge of the following software
Sage 500 ERP- Sage 100 Payroll
Crystal Reporting- Biz Net (report writer which interfaces with Sage 500)
Sage Abra Suite
DocuPhase
Microsoft Dynamic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $33.65 To $67.31 hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
ADA Notations:
Must be able to travel to Mississippi and potentially other locations up to 25% of the time.
Ability to move around various work environments, including office settings and IT infrastructure areas.
May require lifting of equipment or materials up to 30 pounds during technology assessments or implementation support.
