About the Opportunity

The Enterprose Resource Planning Product Manager is responsible for implementing compliant ERP Systems across the organization. They collaborate with Team Members to support Argen’s next generation products, services and enhancements to internal and external facing data analytic assets. Responsible for meticulous documentation and prioritization of requirements and procedures with careful planning and input from the Team Members. The ERP Product Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and supporting end users as well as managing the entire ERP lifecycle. 

In this role, the successful candidate will:

• Oversee and manages enterprise resource planning lifecycle. Activities including but not limited to, streamlining manufacturing, accounting and compliance workflows. 
• Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. 
• Hold daily standups with developers.
• Work with operations team to troubleshoot and resolve issues. 
• Hold bi-weekly roadmap/planning meetings with executives and key stakeholders. 
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories for the development team, reviews project plans to plot and coordinate project activity.
• Train managers to act as primary point of support and support teams that don’t yet have sufficient training.
• Help bring/implement AI based solutions to help the organization scale
• Take necessary actions to ensure software remains in a validated state and can continue to be used in accordance to FDA, MDSAP, MDR and other regulatory agencies.
• Proactively identify issues in the system and lobby to get the systemic problem resolved.
• Motivates and coaches employees by assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
• Delegates tasks and manages progress to ensure successful completion of department objectives.
• Creates and reinforces a culture of teamwork and actively resolves conflicts within the team.
• Manages proactively by holding regular 1on1s and team meetings to ensure open lines of communication and professional development for direct reports.
• Leads people through coaching, utilizing the employee performance tools, hiring and onboarding.
• Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
• Assists with continuous improvement projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

What does it take to be successful?

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, business or related study required, and
• 8 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5 years experience with ERP systems and full system implementation life-cycle, QAD preferred. 
• Practical experience in delivering web-based technology products and solutions from idea inception to product launch and training.
• Demonstrated ability to turn business requirements into user stories.
• Proven ability to manage remote resources, both domestically and offshore.
• High attention to detail. 
• Experience working in an agile and dynamic environment.
• Ability to analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and scope business requirements.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
• Proven ability to influence and persuade people w/o being their direct manager.
• Strong understanding of web marketing, SEO, web UX and design.
• Ability to learn technical concepts by reading work instructions and standard operating procedures, and completing on-the-job training. 
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, CMDR SOR/98-282, 93/42/EEC, RDC 16 2013, MHLW MO 169 and TG(MD)R Sch3 preferred.
