Job Overview:
VTK Partners is hiring on behalf of a Top Insurance Broker! We are seeking a highly motivated Employee Benefits Coordinator to join the team. As an Employee Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the servicing and managing key client accounts. This role that requires strong service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Duties:
- Support Account Management and Executive team as they service clients
- Assist team in building comprehensive benefits packages for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Support the Service team as they take the bid to market and negotiate with carrier partners
- Coverage Binding

Experience:
- 1 year of benefits experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Collaborative skills

Benefits:
