Mountain Land Physical Therapy is Hiring a Learning and Development Manager Near Salt Lake, UT
You will be a key player in the training of Mountain Land employees, which includes therapists, administrative staff, and support staff. We are quickly growing through mergers and acquisitions as well as opening brand-new locations. This position will be pivotal in our ability to bring new hires to the level we need to support that growth. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of Mountain Land programs that aim to grow our staff professionally. This will include a variety of programs from employee orientation, job-specific training, and required education and training. Someone who is efficient and quick to understand subject matter expert needs and to produce content will be important traits to be successful in this role. Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range

Requirements
- Degree in Instructional Design or related coursework
- At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing learning programs
- Able to manage and develop learning programs under minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
