This is a temporary position for our summer high demand Call Center
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Outbound calls to existing customers to schedule, reschedule maintenance appointments or other services.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in typing and google docs
- Maximize your computer skills by working with our CRM ServiceTitan, Spreadsheets, Slack, and more
- Experience in the Trade Industry is a plus.
This position makes you feel like you're making a difference by helping people when they need Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. It is crucial to the success of our company and part of our assurance of customer satisfaction.
This is an on site position at our Salt Lake City shop. No Remote positions are available.
