We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. $70,000 - $150,000 commission based

Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender

• Contact customers through leads, calls, and prospecting
• Assist buyers through all aspects of the home buying process, from contract to close
• Working closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home
• Assist in all aspects of the sales process from contract to close
• Collaborating with office staff to maintain a high level of customer service for buyers and potential buyers until the transaction is concluded
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
• Prospect for new clients and leads
• Write Contracts
• Negotiate Contracts

Qualifications:

• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
