Responsibilities
· Consistently recruiting excellent staff
· Maintain a smooth onboarding process
· Train, counsel, and coach staff
· Carry out necessary administrative duties; including performance and wage reviews
· Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness
· Create clear and concise reports
· Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
· Maintain employee and workplace privacy
· Lead a team of junior human resource managers
