- Answers phones, routes calls, and inputs orders
- Fields customer emails—inputting orders, responding to or routing emails
- Provides logistical and operational support to contractors
- Delivers excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
- Provides logistical and operational support to contractors

- Communicates to scheduled service customers who have backup drivers assigned to routes
- Completes regularly scheduled reports as needed
- $20-22/hr

- High School or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a time-critical environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
- High attention to detail
- Capacity to make decisions in a high stress environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands multiple times throughout the day
- Thrives in fast-paced work environment
