- Answer & direct telephone calls in a polite courteous manner.
- Welcome and greet residents, guests, and contractors when they visit the office and provide helpful information as needed.
- Data Entry into Pilera Portal and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Computer literacy
- Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Able to lift 30 pounds
Hours are Mon - Fri 8:30 - 5:00 pm.EOE DFWP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
