CV Resources is partnering with a reputable company in the manufacturing industry to hire a Cost Accountant to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze costs and financial performance to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare budget reports and forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Participate in financial audits and provide support as needed
- Generate cost analysis reports for management review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 years of experience in cost accounting or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
