Responsibilities
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring all employees are informed and supported during open enrollment periods
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time
- Utilize ADP and Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookup) for various tasks, demonstrating strong numerical skills
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, demonstrating effective communication skills
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, demonstrating tact and diplomacy
- Perform various HR-related tasks as required, demonstrating a broad understanding of HR functions
- Use various HR systems effectively
- Administer compensation policies, ensuring all employees are fairly compensated.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Familiarity with payroll and ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
- Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Experience with Ceridian, HRMS, About Time software
- Understanding of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration
- Proven experience with Compliance and Employee Relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
