Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and customer support, with a focus on medical office procedures.

Duties:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system

- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors

- Assisting teachers in classrooms

- Maintain organized files and records at the front desk

- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred

- Knowledge of Minimum standards is a plus

- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines

- Familiarity with Excel.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
