Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Daycare Assistant to join our team. As a Daycare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. Duties:
- Assist in providing care and supervision for children in a daycare setting
- Create a stimulating and engaging environment for children to learn and grow
- Support the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
- Assist with diaper changes, feeding, and other basic care needs
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Observe and document children's behavior, progress, and milestones
- Implement safety protocols and ensure the well-being of all children

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, and special education techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- First Aid/CPR certification is preferred
