What excites you:
- Processing invoices in a timely manner and arranging approvals
- Managing the account payable inbox including dealing with supplier queries in a timely manner
- Processing staff and credit card expenses
- Preparing weekly supplier and expenses payment runs
- Reconciliation of Supplier accounts
- Reconciliation of Aged Trade creditors including analysis and explanation of debit balances
- Assist in the supplier onboarding process
- Assist with month end duties and audits
- Assist with finance projects as required
