**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and maintaining financial records.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage accounts payable for the company.

- Review and approve invoices for payment.

- Run biweekly payroll for the companies.

- Scan mail and electronically file documents on the cloud for file retention.

- Deposit checks from vendors.

- Add/remove employees to payroll, benefits program, and company accounts

- Assist with license renewals.

- Do monthly bank compliance tasks.

- Reach out to vendors that are overdue on accounts receivable.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable / HR Manager / C-Level Assistant or similar role

- Strong attention to detail.

- Excellent computer skills.

- Familiarity with payroll processes and tax regulations

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

- Ability to lead a team and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Self-starter.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
