As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MetroStar, you'll provide critical support and partnership for our most critical activity - hiring amazing people.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Use our applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Participate in branding initiatives and represent MetroStar at recruiting events.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and job boards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
