The Medical Team is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Reston, VA

Full job description

THE MEDICAL TEAM is a diverse health care services company headquartered in Reston, Va with operations in 4 states. Our divisions include hospice, home health, catastrophic care solutions, private duty, staffing and hourly government in-home programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Organizing and attending job fairs and campus recruiting events
  • Leading employment branding initiatives
  • Playing an active role in recruiting professional and administrative staff
  • Working with H.R. at the corporate and branch level to determine staffing needs
  • Participating in employee engagement activities
  • Coaching local recruiters of direct care staff in our branch locations
  • Using metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement for the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
  • Background in health care
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong data analysis and organizational skills
  • A leader and strategic thinker
  • BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field

Location :

This position requires regular interaction with corporate leadership at our Reston, Virginia headquarters but working remotely is a possibility for the ideal candidate. Some travel will be required to branch locations in Texas, Michigan and Louisiana.
