Position: Senior Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager, an individual who will be responsible for supervising the activities of accounting clerks, perform high-level accounting functions. As well as mange day-to-day operations. 

Duties:

· Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

· Close monthly/quarterly/yearly (both calendar and fiscal years) financials after reviewing all areas of accounting.

· Compile budgets, explain variances, monitor daily cash activities and prepare monthly cashflow forecast.

· Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

· Meet financial accounting objectives.

· Train, supervise and evaluate accounting staff.

· Ensure to file all necessary returns to federal, state and local authorities.

· Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

· Prepare annual audited financial statements.

· Reports accounts receivable, accounts payable, and exchange rate as company rate weekly.

· Ensure that accounting functions are performed according to the Company’s needs and strategy.

· Compiles budgeting data to measure the Company’s activities.

 Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred will consider equivalent work experience.

· 4 years progressive experience in accounting preferably as a bookkeeper or accounting manager.

· Ability and desire to work in detail without significant staff and direct reports Proficient with Microsoft Office required, advanced Excel skills, ERP systems.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills required.

· Food & Beverage knowledge (good to have)

Physical Demands:

• Sustained standing and sitting.
• Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
• Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
