- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Receive inventory and do adjustment
- A/R aging, monitoring and review, collections, customer statement preparation, daily posting of customer payments, daily cash and check deposit
- Reconciling account balances
- Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
- Manage journal entries, invoices etc.
- Reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing
- Help in development of reports for management
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- 2 years Accounting relevant experience
- Good computer skills; Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate accurate and precise attention to detail
- Experience in ERP system a must
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Must be able to read and write)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience
- Full time (Part time also open to discuss)
- Salary: $48,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
- Part time pay rate is $20 to $25/hour (minimum 20 hours per week)
