Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in pricing and inventory

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management at least for 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of stock management, POS systems, and retail math
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in inventory control and merchandising techniques
- Familiarity with cash register operations

- Have the ability to lift objects over 50lbs and be standing for their full shift.
- Multilingual skills are a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
