Account Managers will oversee all access of accounts in their territories, working closely with territory supervisors and clients. Account Managers will be responsible for the maintenance of clients once their initial set up is scheduled in their territories, assigning them the right technician, communicating to clients and techs any important information, overall account maintenance and will add on any new products needed. Any services requiring a change in contract will not be handled by account managers and should go to inside sales. Responsible for overall route completion, meaning confirming all services were completed and any missed services have been rescheduled within 24 hours.

This position is Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts, ranging from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in the office. Work from home may be accommodated if approved by a supervisor beforehand. Seasonal Saturday shifts, from 8 am to 12pm, may be required but will be communicated to account managers with notice.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and occasionally required to stand, walk and occasionally bend or kneel. Specific hearing and vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally lift and move up to 20 pounds.
