ICON Medical Network is Hiring a Primary Care Medical Director Near Lancaster, NH
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Fulltime outpatient position with leadership/Division Chair interest
- Seeking a provider who plans to stay and practice 5-10 years minimum
- 28 hours of patient contact time per week, 12 admin hours (3 office based, 9 medical director) - flexible (more with Division Chair role)
- 20-24 patients per day
- Community call (including local nursing home patients) TBD
- EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
- Supported by an RN Team leader and designated MA
- Excellent IT and Marketing support to help build volume and reach wRVU #s
- Visa Support Offered
- Permanent Position
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- $296k base plus wRVU and $15k for Medical Director stipend
- Full Benefits package
- $20-25k Sign-On/Retention for years 2 and 3
- Up to $19,000 in relocation/rental assistance
- Student Loan Repayment application assistance

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years in practice in outpatient primary care
- Must be board-certified or eligible
- Must be able to be credentialed
