SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine (will consider Board Eligible but must have plans to become Board Certified shortly after employment) - REQUIRED
• NH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• 5 years in practice in outpatient primary care - REQUIRED

• BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED

• Leadership training and/or experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED

• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• Board Eligible

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• New Hampshire

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years in practice in outpatient primary care

Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour
