Responsibilities:

  • The Product Support Specialist will provide in depth knowledge and support to various internal product and sales teams
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Support team to ensure that all incoming customer/sales requests are reviewed and resolved or passed to the appropriate group
  • Accurately cross-reference and/or research external brands to identify corresponding Medzon Health products
  • Access gaps in product offerings and work with the relevant product manager to set-up new vendors and items
  • Report product issues/concerns
  • Provide administrative support and respond to sales rep questions as needed
  • Work to create a product catalog

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant Work Experience
  • Previous healthcare experience a plus

Product Support

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical issues
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Proficient in data entry and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and strategies

This position requires a candidate who is fluent in both English and Spanish, has strong customer service skills, and is comfortable conducting outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, upselling, and analyzing customer needs.
