The Drink Product Specialist leads the product management of the drink category and defines the 85 C innovation standard for coffee, tea, and milk tea.
This position will spearhead the drink category including performance of existing products as well as the development of new products.
The Drink Product Specialist must have good knowledge of trending and popular drinks in the industry. They must be organized, able to multi-task, able to manage communications and deadlines among cross functional teams, must adhere to due dates, and must display leadership qualities.

Required Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated experience in the position duties and responsibilities.
In-depth understanding of 85 C products and future concepts
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment and to help solve problems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong project management skills.
Demonstrated success in product launches and promotion.
Must be highly proficient in business math
Job Duties
Lead cross-functional teams with expertise to manage current drink products and develop new drink products.
Supervise market research and prioritize ideas based on popularity, viability in terms of current market trend, ease of production, and overall cost.
Implement and monitor the progress of strategic marketing plan, to include measurable metrics, objectives, goals, in-depth competitive product analysis and timetable;
validate development effort and implement adjustments where appropriate.
Lead new product launches; elicit feedback for each segment to identify and propose improvements. Provide ROI analysis of product launches and meet annual comp sales growth.
Determine positioning of assigned products, considering price, volume and overall profitability. Conduct rationalization analysis and direct modification and changes to existing product formulation and packaging.
