Requirements :
- Two yearsoffice experience in fast-paced setting, including independent decision-making,critical thinking, high level of customer service and attention to detail,.
- HumanResources experience preferred.
- Experience using an automated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.
- Associate degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job .
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Certification in CCP, CEBS, SHRM or HRCI, Project Management or Six Sigma, preferred
- Non Clinical - None
