The Law Office of Marc J. Reiter for a Full-Time bilingual (Spanish/English) legal assistant to join our law firm in downtown Pittsburgh. The firm concentrates in Immigration, Personal Injury, and Workers' Compensation representing people in immigration cases and people who have ben injured in all types of accidents. The job requirements and duties include but are not limited to:

• Must be functionally fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Answering phones including completing intakes and setting up consults.
• Sitting in on client meetings with the attorney to provide assistance with Spanish interpretation.
• Ordering and indexing medical records and medical bills.
• Assisting in preparing documents to be sent to insurance companies and their lawyers.
• Speaking with existing clients to obtain treatment and medical condition updates and to discuss other general case information.
• Assisting paralegals with some aspects of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation and Immigration cases.
• Scanning incoming mail and filing.
• General administrative duties.
• Extensive client contact including with but limited to Spanish speakers.
• At least two years experience as legal assistant required. Previous experience in personal injury/workers compensation and immigration is highly preferred. * Salary commensurate with experience and is competitive.
• Training will be provided
• There is potential for job duties and responsibilities to increase.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
