DSQ offers three primary products, Hauler, Pioneer, and Discovery. Our mission is to make waste & recycling easy to manage for managers and brokers. Our products unlock the data lost in invoices, contracts, sensors, and other data sources. This information is used to empower people and businesses to make ideal operational decisions in real time.

To support our growth, we are currently recruiting a Product Operations Coordinator.

As a Product Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in executing processes and fulfilling duties necessary to ensure our products consistently deliver value to our customers. Your responsibilities will include monitoring product performance, coordinating installations, troubleshooting technical issues, managing inventory, and providing internal training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor product performance on a day-to-day basis to ensure optimal functionality and value delivery to customers.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal staff on product features, troubleshooting procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Coordinate product installations, including identifying suitable vendors, submitting purchase orders, tracking shipment, and installation progress.
  • Remotely troubleshoot technical issues, proactively identifying and resolving problems to minimize downtime and optimize product performance.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to review product run data, identify patterns, and optimize product performance.
  • Provide technical support to clients, installers, and internal operations.
  • Assist in developing and updating training content and materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Procure vendors as necessary to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues beyond internal capabilities.
  • Manage product inventory, including receiving, verifying, and registering products, as well as maintaining accurate records.
  • Gain insight into the product's position relative to other offerings within our company and the competitive landscape.
  • Engage in product demonstrations to collect feedback from stakeholders and customers, refining the product based on insights and user feedback.

Skills and Knowledge to excel in this role:

  • Experience in product operations, product support, or a similar role centered around products, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Intrinsically motivated, displaying a passion for building projects from inception and thriving in environments that may lack rigid structure.
  • Proficient in standard business software applications like Microsoft Office, adept at swiftly mastering and employing new software platforms.
  • Proven track record in designing, optimizing, scaling, and refining operational initiatives.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously while thriving in collaborative team settings across various functions.
  • Exhibits clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, well-organized, and detail-oriented, capable of effectively prioritizing and executing multiple tasks.
  • Exhibits a strong sense of accountability and ownership, driving critical issues to resolution and ensuring the successful completion of projects and processes.
  • Experience with inventory management and procurement processes is preferred.
