We are looking to hire a marketing director to manage our marketing and social media efforts. We are looking for someone who is motivated and always looking to learn. The more experience the better!

We are a local car rental company started by 2 brothers. With a fleet of over 60 cars and quickly growing we hope to have multiple locations across the country by the end of the year. The team of 7 consists of hard working out of the box thinkers always looking to improve all systems in place. We all work well together and want someone that can fit right in.
Duties:
- Create marketing campaigns for social media and Google.
- Analyze and improve all campaigns for maximum CPC.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and promotional items
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
- Utilize SEO, analytics, and performance marketing to optimize campaigns
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Google and social media Ads.
- Email Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in copywriting
- ANY experience in PR would be great.
