Here at Tree Pros we love the energy of a competitive spirit. We are looking for a Sales Rep who can have a creative drive to beat the competition — and beat your own past performance. This position will involve evaluating and selling tree care services to current and prospective clients from the beginning proposal phases to the close of the deal.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: includes the following and other duties may be assigned as needed.

• Provides fanatical attention to detail, consistency and value when writing proposals for clients with suggested arboriculture / horticulture procedures and prices.
• Operates with confidence and humility when meeting with clients to access trees/landscape needs as well as address any concerns they may have.
• Partnering with the scheduling team and field crews to schedule new tree care projects and ensure quality service. 
• Assist crew with training on proper tree care techniques to be safely productive and reviewing projects for quality and sustainability.
• Following up with concerns in a timely manner to resolve them with 100% client satisfaction. 
• Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.
• Responsible for providing a high level of customer service and open communication to all clients and prospects.
• Meet sales goals and deadlines in a timely manner. 
• Working with the marketing department when technical expertise is needed for promotional materials and blog post.
• Be able to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisor
• Maintain a positive and professional image of Tree Pros. 
• Oversee completion of contracted project
• Cold-calling or experimenting with new lead generation ideas when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver license 
• Must pass pre-employment testing 
• 2 years of Sales Experience 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally
• Must be detailed oriented and be able to work within the guidelines of the organization
• Forward thinking and ability to multi-task
