firstPRO Inc. is Hiring a Bookkeeper/Accountant Near Philadelphia, PA
Immediate opportunity for a Bookkeeper/Accountant who is looking for a unique opportunity to join a local nonprofit organization.
This person will be counted on to implement procedures, streamline processes, and really take ownership of the role.
Responsibilities:
- GL analysis and month end close
- Track revenue, expenses, taxes, cash flow
- Cash management
- Timely payment of invoices
- Payment plans
- Reconciliation of receipts and payments
- General accounting
- Handle workers comp audit
- Annual filing of tax returns
Skills/Experience:
- 2 years of related experience
- Excel skills a major plus
- Degree not required but a plus
