Inventory Accountant
A manufacturing company is seeking an Inventory Accountant who will managing the billing and inventory process and ensure the accuracy of inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Compile, reconcile, and manage the overall inventory records
- Manage inventory & sales process
- Update inventory data tables
- Generate and/or review Invoicing paperwork, issue to customers
- Liaison with Customers and Financial Accounting to ensure proper billing and resolution
- Reconcile cycle count physical inventory results with perpetual records
- Prepare inventory analysis and supporting schedules
- Prepare journal entries & record transactions to ERP system
- Maintain and review the general ledger and reconcile accounts
- Prepare ad-hoc, monthly and quarterly reports for submission to management
Qualifications:
- 3 years of inventory and cost accounting experience
