We are currently seeking a Project Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer.The Project Analyst will be responsible for the cradle-to-grave management of multiple acquisition contracts in support of the Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the PMA-276 Engineering Team.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

The candidate's duties will include but are not limited to:

*Coordinating and hosting SAR Board meetings and maintaining the JIRA database.

*Supporting ICWG meetings and following up on action items.

oDeveloping an agenda of topics in preparation for the meeting.

oCreating decision memos that derive from the ICWG.

*Working with Northrop Grumman to maintain the LTI action item database on their shared site.

*Processing and formatting Requests for Tests (RFT) for the engineering team.

oMaintaining the tracker and coordinating outbrief for completed tests

oFollowing up on actions that are recorded during the Test Integration Meeting

*Processing and formatting Engineering Memos for the Engineering team.

*Maintaining the Technical Exchange Request (TER) tracker and following up to document closure.

*Following up on Hazard Reports (HAZREPS) to get responses from the program office to determine a satisfactory path forward.

oProcessing memos that contain an official response to documented hazards.

*Helping the engineering team gain access to the JIRA tool by walking them through the SAAR-N process and setting up their permissions.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS). Allowable substitution: Associates degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for an Associate's degree OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

Required Experience: 3 - 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
