RESPONSIBLITIES:
Acts as the overall manager and administrator for the contract effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contract with Government program authorities and representatives related to program and contract administration issues. Supervises the program by developing management procedures and controls; planning and directing project execution; and monitoring and reporting progress. Manages employment of program resources toward meeting operational objectives. Manages and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program with respect to contract requirements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of ten (10) years managing operations related to installing sensor systems in remote overseas locations with minimal infrastructure, unreliable power, and extreme environmental conditions. Experience must include a minimum of five (5) years of managing or executing Foreign Military Sales cases. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office products, including Excel, Project and Visio, to create briefings, project plans, and project management documents.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
MA/MS degree and applicable experience must be in business, management, engineering, computer science or other technical field.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as work requirements demand. This position may be eligible for a compressed work schedule.
Travel
Occasional travel may be required for this position.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
This position requires an active Top Secret clearance, at a minimum, or the ability to obtain one.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
