Summary/Objective

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tracks program/project management status and schedules.
• Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
• Utilize financial tools to assist with planning, executing, and managing requirements
• Updates spend plans with appropriate costs and obligation dates
• Regularly communicate with other team members on statuses, plans of actions, schedules, and other items
• Assist in forecasting potential schedule delays and provide support developing alternate plans
• Track action items and meeting minutes
• Assist in building briefs

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Familiarity drafting Statements of Work (SOW)
• Working with Business Financial Managers to provide contractual documentation
• Tracking action items, meeting minutes, and other items
• Experience building briefs and other supporting documentation

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

BA/BS degree or Four (4) years of additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as work requirements demand. This position may be eligible for a modified Compressed Work Schedule (CWS) program.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required for this position to support program agendas and meetings.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

This position requires an active US DoD Secret clearance with TS eligibility.
