Headquartered in Palo Alto, we’re seeking a strong, expansive Head of Sales to help scale and grow our business. As the Head of Sales, you will drive the strategy, goals and results for all of Productiv’s sales efforts in order to achieve aggressive revenue, business, and growth objectives.
What you’ll do:
You take ownership, plan to win big, and deliver results while putting customers before the team, and before yourself. You possess a strong understanding of the enterprise buyer mindset, are dedicated to ensuring great customer experiences, and have expertise building high-performing teams and scaling a business. You are a player-coach who sets actionable priorities and is able to demonstrate how to challenge a prospective customer by articulating our vision, unearthing customer needs, tailoring our solution to their situation, and setting customer success up strongly to deliver value post-sale. You are adept at selling large, complex deals involving multiple stakeholders. You have experience executing managed POCs and converting those to multi-year contracts. You’re highly self-motivated, have a stellar work ethic and you’re looking for the right company to support your growth. In this role, you will be a key partner of the leadership team.
