Synergos is expanding into Central Florida and looking to hire our Director of Market Development based in Orlando. This is a once-in-a-career opportunity where you will be able to put your fingerprints all over what we become!

The Florida Director of Market Development will work across business units at the direction of the Market President. Projects could include assessing individual and business performance while identifying improvement opportunities that would enhance the achievement of the company’s annual plan and its contribution to the broader Synergos strategy. Additionally, this role would be responsible for identifying business strengths that should be shared across the market to enhance entity performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engaging with business leaders to develop a detailed understanding of the key drivers of each business unit and the metrics used to evaluate performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align projects with overall business objectives. Framing situations through multiple lenses and leveraging appropriate resources to chart a path forward.
• Informing the Market President of operational concerns that could hinder strategic execution.

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree with a focus on finance, strategy, or general management is preferred.
• 5 years of construction, operations, or similar experience required.
• Demonstrated success in fine-tuning business processes, field operations, and/or expansion initiatives.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders towards a common goal.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational change management skills.
