Southeast Airport Services is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Orlando, FL

Contract Administrator JOB SUMMARY: Process an accurate payroll and provides precise reports to the management by researching and analyzing accounting data. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Payroll Processing and other related matters. Timekeeping approval. Double Checking Employee Benefits, PTOs, Sick Leaves, Holidays and others. Analyzing Clients Contracts with Regards to Payroll Matters and Billing purposes. Preparing Invoice to clients and collecting all backups and supporting documents. Preparing checks to Supplier and supporting reports. Ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Responsible for employee onboarding activities through Paycor and ADP. Supports recruitment and selection efforts. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings. Conducts safety orientation training. Assists with employee schedules. Other duties as assigned by Manager. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Minimum 2-5 years’ experience Related Experience. Experience with financial reporting requirements. Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas. Knowledgeable of PAYCOR and ADP systems is an advantage.
