Job Title: Temp Contract Administrator

Job Description: Looking for an experienced individual in the area of Telecommunications and contract negotiations. The Contract Administrator will assist by transcribing information, explain legal language, oversee vendor contracts and handle contract database management.

Responsibilities:
• Attend contract negotiations with Telecom Executives
• Provide support and transcribe information
• Properly document and convey legal information
• Contract database management
• Vendor contract review

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years’ experience in the Telecommunications Industry
• 3 years’ experience with contract management
• Experience reading legal documents
• Strong knowledge of legal research
• Proven success collaborating with a range of partners while understanding multiple perspectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey legal information to internal and external customers
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business Administration or related legal field
