We're looking for an Operations Assistant to join our family-oriented, hardworking team!
CFL Roofing provides roofing services to homeowners and business owners alike. We pride ourselves on having a great reputation in our local community and all of Florida. We are a tightknit, family-owned company, with great potential for growth within the company.
Who will do well in our Operations Assistant position?
Administrative/office operations experience preferred. Candidate must have intermediate experience with computers and programs such as excel, word, Quickbooks, etc. Candidate will need to be able to learn new software and customer relationship management programs as needed. College degree preferred but not required.
Operations Assistant responsibilities include:
- Permitting
- Balancing multiple company relations (suppliers, subcontractors, customers, employees, etc.)
- Great customer service skills
- Resolving project issues (requires initiative and critical thinking skills)
- Speaking with insurance companies
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
